TechMet funded Li-Cycle’s Series B equity round to enable Li-Cycle to construct its first two commercial plants.
On 16 February 2021, Li-Cycle announced that it would be listing on the NYSE via a SPAC transaction with Peridot Acquisition Corp. (NYSE: PDAC) with a pro-forma equity value of the combined company of approximately $1.67 billion. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2021.
