Mark Smith has over 40 years of experience in the mining, mineral processing, and alloying industries.

He currently acts as Executive Chairman for NioCorp Developments, developing the only US niobium/scandium/rare earth deposit; US Vanadium; and the speciality alloy company IBC Advanced Alloys.

Formerly CEO of Largo resources, the largest Vanadium producer, and CEO of Molycorp, the largest rare earth business outside of China.
