International business leader and investor. He serves as Chairman of International Package Shipping and America Clean Energy Partners.

Previously, he was a Managing Partner of Parthenon Capital, a $4 billion PE firm he co-founded in 1998; General Partner at Summit Partners, a $6 billion VC firm where he led the Buyouts Group. In the 1980’s he was a Principal at Bain Capital and a member of the International M&A Group at Morgan Stanley in NYC.

He spent 10 years in the UK becoming a director of Trafalgar House Investments PLC. He earned a BSE and MSE (Hons) at the University of Michigan and an MBA from Stanford Business School.
