Global business leader with 15+ years of executive experience specializing in industrial manufacturing and services. Christian currently serves as a partner at BAMCAP (a VC firm). Previously, as CEO of Element Six Ltd., he devised a comprehensive growth strategy to turn around this ailing company and transform it into a thriving organization that leads its industry.

He spearheaded investment in R&D to achieve a competitive advantage and outperformed all industry competitors growing the business from $165m to $500m. Christian has a degree in Engineering Physics from Uppsala University, an MBA from INSEAD and has completed an Executive Program at Harvard Business School.
